I just wanted to drop you a line about our recent purchase of a Alpine Air Purifier from your shop. The air purifier does a wonderful job cleansing the air in our showroom and in rug cleaning plant. It actually breaks down odors in oriental rugs that are caused by animals. The air quality just seems so much healthier. I will gladly recommend your company to my customers if they are ever in the market for a vacuum or air purifier.

Thanks so much for introducing us to the XL 15 air purifier, as it has changed our lives dramatically. About 2 years ago when we first purchased this wonder-machine, we had a lot of painting going on in our kitchen. Every day we were forced to endure an “itchy” and instable environmental – I remember being able to feel the air particles go up my nose. However, when we flipped switch of the XL 15, within 1 hour, my nose was HAPPY. It felt so good, so wonderful, truly an amazing conversersion of the air quality.

Dear Keith,

We have had our Alpine Living Air Machines for quite a while now, and there have consequently been a number of positive things we have consistently noticed.

Firstly, they have solved the mildew problems in our basement. Newly washed laundry left in the washing machine for only two hours used to have a strong mildew smell. We put a little Bora in the basement, and that was the end of the mildew odor. Also, some time ago when I did extensive redecorating, the odor of pain and polyurethane was banished very quickly. We ran the XL-15 constantly as usual, and anyone entering the house noticed almost no paint odors.

Just recently, after we vacuumed and started up one of our air conditioners for the first time this season, I immediately began to cough and choke. We brought the Apline machine near and focused it on the air conditioner as it ran. This is a step we routinely take every spring with all the air conditioners, and which we mistakenly thought we could omit this time). My coughing stopped almost immediately.

Living in Staten Island, we have a lot of pollution to contend with—–smells from the dump, stench and noxious fumes from the New Jersey refineries, etc. This has been not only annoying, but also worrisome. However, the Alpine takes away the odors and gives us the assuarance that at least the air in our home is pure and safe to breathe.

We plan to take the Bora with us on vacation and put it in the beach house we’re renting. That’ll take care of any mold, mildew etc., often found in these places. In short, we are happy to let you know that we are very glad of these machines and wouldn’t think of doing without them.

Dear Mr. Petersen,

You may recall that you sold me a Model XL-15 Living Air cleaner last spring when I came in to inquire about an air filter or de-humidifier for my brother’s home near the Jersey shore. I told you about the extremely foul musty smell in his house, and even the same unpleasant odor in his clothes. I also mentioned the difficulty he was having with his health, inclduing some serious difficulty breathing, causing a few emergency trips to the hospital.

I had not intention of purchasing the XL-15 unit initially, because a neighbor had told me how successful his daughter had been in solving a similar prolblem with a de-humidifier. But you were so sure that htis unit would be a “God-send” that I decided to purchase it. But I never thought hat it would work out like it has.

Within a few months, the miserable odor in that house was gone. We were astonished that even the odor in his clothes had disappeared. We placed the unit on a special shelf high in his living room and have left it on 24 hours per days, except in the summer when the windows are open. Even the odor in the basement, which was the most offensive and oppressive of all, has gone.

But most important of all, his health has improved considerably, especially his breathing. For a long time, he was seriously thinking his life was ending because of these problems. Now he decided to modernize the place with new vinly windows throughout the house.

Dear Mr. Petersen,

I wish to thank you for recommending the Alpine Living Air Machine (Model XL-155) which I purchased from you last year.

After setting up the machine and letting it run for several days, I noticed that my respiratory allergies (stuffy nose) were completely gone!!!

Since then, it has been running for 24 hours a day and my breathing has become much easier. The air in my room smells fresh and clean, just like unpolluted outdoor air after a rain shower.

Again, I wish to thank you for recommending and the Alpine Living Air Maching company for making such a marvelous air purifier that really lives up to its name.

As you know, I purchased two units for my daughter and her family and three for our house in Mountainside. All of us notice the improvement in air quality. I am particularly appreciative of the performance of the unites since my daughter has cat for pets. I am extremely allergic to cats and was never able to stay more than a few hours at her house. A few weeks ago, we visited her for the entire day and I noticed no ill effects from my allergy.

Dear Keith:

Just a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with the Alpine XL15 air purifier that we purchased from you.

As you know, Ray Catena is one of the premier Mercedes-Benz automobile dealers in this country. As customer service is our highest priority, we have a fleet of forty loaner cars we make available to our customers as their cars are brought in for services. Unfortunately, these loaner cars eventualy retain smoke odors inside from our smoking customers. Then, our non-smoking customers become offended when they’re offered these loaners with stale cigar and cigarette smoke smells.

We have never been able to effectively deal with these smoke odors until we acquired the XL15 air purifier! We can now run the XL15 inside of a car that has been smoked in, and these odors are completely eliminated. No more unhappy customers!

As well, we will place the XL15 into an office that is being renovated–something we are doing regularly–and immediately we are making fresh air and combating smells. Instead of suffering for days or weeks with the odors from the new carpet, paint, and wallpaper, we do not smell them at all after a short run of the purifier. This has been a great, yet simple, answer to our indoor air problems.

We can freely recommend the Alpine to anyone who wishes to combat smoke, odors, and so on; as well as for anyone who enjoys the smell of fresh, clean air.

Dear Mr. Petersen,

Thank you for introducing us to the Alpine Living Air Machine. We are all breathing easier. The air we are now breathing smells a lot cleaner too.

We have a small Dachshund that we purchased while living abroad, which seemed to need a weekly bath to eliminate that “doggy” smell. Since we have been using the Alpine Living Air Machine we have noticed that 1) the dog doesn’t seem to smell anymore and 2) the house doesn’t smell “doggy”.

A friend from Massachusetts visited us for a week last month. Past visits were full of complaints about allergies and breathing discomforts. Happily this visit we had none of those complaints. What we heard instead was how well she had slept and how easily she was breathing (hooray!). She had recently spent a LARGE sum of money making her home a more allergy free environment. Although she told us that her Asthmatic condition had improved with her additions, she also told us that her expensive improvements didn’t make her feel as good as our little air purifier had!

During our year and a half in Europe, I honestly do not remember not feeling “stuffy”. It felt like I had a perpetual cold. Can I attribute feeling better to the Alpine Living Air Machine? Maybe, maybe not…all I know for a fact is that I am back to normal and breathing well again since we have had our little air purifier!

Although no one in my family has asthma, or any known allergies we are all breathing better, feeling better (and smelling better :), woof…). Thanks again.
