The courtesy you extended to me was beyond any service I have ever experienced, especially in this day and age…I have enclosed the registration card which requires your signature. It’s already stamped so just drop it in the mail. Just one question: the instruction booklet indicates a one year warranty and in speaking with you, you indicated two years. At your convenience, I’d like to clear that up.

Hi Keith-

I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this.

You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required.

When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem.

If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.

It was a pleasure doing business with you. The HONDA ES6500 generator I purchased was everything you said it was, and more!

The licensed experienced electrician that installed the subpanel and the home hook up was amazed with the generator’s efficiency. He was also very impressed on how quiet the generator ran.

After his installation, we conducted a test. While the ES 6500 was running, my home furnace was turned on, as well as a light in every room, home computer, TV, refrigerator, and some electrical appliances. The ES6500 did not strain at all, the generator’s imonitor panel did not register any problems, nor did the engine’s noise increase significantly.

I would highly recommend The Eardly Petersen Company of Westfield to anyone seeking to purchase a quality home generator.

It was a pleasure meeting you and purchasing my snow blower your company. You guys remind me of the days when people actually knew about the products they were selling. I have been trying to locate that Stihl sythetic oil for 3 years. I wish that I had purchased my 4 mix weed wacker from you instead of the outfit I did. They didn’t even know that Stihl offered a synthetic oil or that the 4 mix motor should use it. I will have service for you on my mowers, 4 mix wacker, and of course snow blower…

Hi –

I have been very impressed by your knowledge of your products, and the quality. It’s been a reminder that you get what you pay for, there’s no free lunch, etc. etc.

Before I bought the Stihl I had been at Home Depot and bought a trimmer and edger attachment. I spent a week assembling it and trying to get it started. Finally the pull string broke. Needless to say I returned it and then paid you a visit.
