You have asked for comments about the job you have done with the repair of my snowblower, and I just wanted to express my enthusiasm for the obvious quality that governs your efforts. My machine now looks like new and when the snows come, I am sure it will act as if it is. The fact that you go so far as to fill it with gas and attach appropriate instructions is another touch that does not go unnoticed. Praise too for both the young man who delivered it and the truck it came in. The former could not have been nicer, and the latter looked terrific!
In these days when so many businesses are trying to cut corners in any way they can, it is reassuring to know that your Company puts competency and satisfaction first.
