Dear Keith, I just wanted to drop you a line about our recent purchase of a Alpine Air Purifier from your shop. The air purifier does a wonderful job cleansing the air in our showroom and in rug cleaning plant. It actually breaks down odors in oriental rugs that are caused by animals. You have my permission to use my recommendation for this product. When I called looking for a floor scrubber to clean my nearly 2000 square feet of floor tile, I never expected to end up with an entirely different product. After your sales pitch on the steamer, I decided to buy it and am I ever glad that I did. This machine is wonderful. It certainly goes beyond clean. After watching the DVD that came with it, I have cleaned a multitude of things in my home. We just completed changing our screened in porch to a sunroom. I cleaned the existing cedar boards with the Lady Bug. It was amazing what came off the six year old boards. I am very happy with the Lady Bug and I appreciate your expertise of the product.

Dear Mr. Petersen: When was the last time you bought a product and was so impressed with its performance that you actually wrote a letter of thanks? Back in September 1992 my husband and I bought such a product from The Eardly T. Petersen Co.
The Princess Vacuum Cleaner was recommended to us by a friend in the carpet cleaning business. Like most people we were skeptical. When the machine was demonstrated for us at the store we were impressed, but still, only mildly enthusiastic. However, when we got home and used it on our own carpeting we were so excited that we literally called the store to say “thank you.” What is so unique about this machine is that whatever is vacuumed up is contained in the canister. There is no exhaust spewing out mold and dust back through the air. Using this vacuum cleaner all but eliminated our cat’s winter allergies to mold and mildew. We were so amazed by this that we called our veterinarian to tell him we would no longer need to spend money on allergy shots. This did not please him. If you have a hot-air heating system, you know how it is to wake up with a dry and stuffy nose. We can honestly say that after using the Princess Vacuum Cleaner for a few week, this too was virtually eliminated. Before purchasing this incredible vacuum cleaner, we had our doubts. However, we can say without any hesitation that this is truly a product that lives up to its name and reputation. Another plus is that it is made in America.

Its use not only expunges embarrassing household odors but incorporates the fresh wholesome aura of outdoor elements into my indoor health, life and oxygen. It is conveniently regulated and maintenanced according to the individual preference of ozone density, out-put and shut-off. Dear Mr. Petersen, You may recall that you sold me a Model XL-15 Living Air cleaner last spring when I came in to inquire about an air filter or de-humidifier for my brother’s home near the Jersey shore. I told you about the extremely foul musty smell in his house, and even the same unpleasant odor in his clothes. I also mentioned the difficulty he was having with his health, inclduing some serious difficulty breathing, causing a few emergency trips to the hospital. I had not intention of purchasing the XL-15 unit initially, because a neighbor had told me how successful his daughter had been in solving a similar prolblem with a de-humidifier. But you were so sure that htis unit would be a “God-send” that I decided to purchase it. But I never thought hat it would work out like it has. Within a few months, the miserable odor in that house was gone. We were astonished that even the odor in his clothes had disappeared. We placed the unit on a special shelf high in his living room and have left it on 24 hours per days, except in the summer when the windows are open. Even the odor in the basement, which was the most offensive and oppressive of all, has gone. But most important of all, his health has improved considerably, especially his breathing. For a long time, he was seriously thinking his life was ending because of these problems. Now he decided to modernize the place with new vinly windows throughout the house.

I have been trying to locate that Stihl sythetic oil for 3 years. I wish that I had purchased my 4 mix weed wacker from you instead of the outfit I did. They didn’t even know that Stihl offered a synthetic oil or that the 4 mix motor should use it. Dear Mr. Petersen: Thank you so much for suggesting and demonstrating the “Sebo” vacuum. It has so many terrific features, I don’t know where to begin. It is light weight and glides over surfaces – slightly lower and narrower than the average vacuum so that one does not have to move furniture in order to clean underneath a narrow area. The attachments are very handy as everything is at your finger tips attached to the vacuum. I am now able to clean everything from lamp shades, under the bed, stairs and drapes in much less time than with any other vacuum I have ever owned. Thanks to the “Sebo” I no longer plan on the big Spring and Fall cleaning as our home is clean all year round with little effort. Thank you again for bringing the “Sebo” into my life; it has taken the word chore out of vacuuming and house cleaning in general.

Dear Keith: Thanks for recommending the Flair air filtration system. As you know, I purchased two units for my daughter and her family and three for our house in Mountainside. Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.

Dear Keith: Just a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with the Alpine XL15 air purifier that we purchased from you. As you know, Ray Catena is one of the premier Mercedes-Benz automobile dealers in this country. As customer service is our highest priority, we have a fleet of forty loaner cars we make available to our customers as their cars are brought in for services. Unfortunately, these loaner cars eventualy retain smoke odors inside from our smoking customers. Then, our non-smoking customers become offended when they’re offered these loaners with stale cigar and cigarette smoke smells. We have never been able to effectively deal with these smoke odors until we acquired the XL15 air purifier! We can now run the XL15 inside of a car that has been smoked in, and these odors are completely eliminated. No more unhappy customers! As well, we will place the XL15 into an office that is being renovated–something we are doing regularly–and immediately we are making fresh air and combating smells. Instead of suffering for days or weeks with the odors from the new carpet, paint, and wallpaper, we do not smell them at all after a short run of the purifier. This has been a great, yet simple, answer to our indoor air problems. We can freely recommend the Alpine to anyone who wishes to combat smoke, odors, and so on; as well as for anyone who enjoys the smell of fresh, clean air.

Dear Keith It was a pleasure doing business with you. The HONDA ES6500 generator I purchased was everything you said it was, and more! The licensed experienced electrician that installed the subpanel and the home hook up was amazed with the generator’s efficiency. He was also very impressed on how quiet the generator ran. After his installation, we conducted a test. While the ES 6500 was running, my home furnace was turned on, as well as a light in every room, home computer, TV, refrigerator, and some electrical appliances. The ES6500 did not strain at all, the generator’s imonitor panel did not register any problems, nor did the engine’s noise increase significantly.
