Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.

When I called looking for a floor scrubber to clean my nearly 2000 square feet of floor tile, I never expected to end up with an entirely different product. After your sales pitch on the steamer, I decided to buy it and am I ever glad that I did. This machine is wonderful. It certainly goes beyond clean. After watching the DVD that came with it, I have cleaned a multitude of things in my home. We just completed changing our screened in porch to a sunroom. I cleaned the existing cedar boards with the Lady Bug. It was amazing what came off the six year old boards. I am very happy with the Lady Bug and I appreciate your expertise of the product.

Dear Mr. Petersen, I wish to thank you for recommending the Alpine Living Air Machine (Model XL-155) which I purchased from you last year. After setting up the machine and letting it run for several days, I noticed that my respiratory allergies (stuffy nose) were completely gone!!! Since then, it has been running for 24 hours a day and my breathing has become much easier. The air in my room smells fresh and clean, just like unpolluted outdoor air after a rain shower. Dear Keith, I suffer tremendously from allergies and the Alpine purifier has really been a great help. Why? Because I was not able to sleep at night due to the fact that I was always congested. Generally I suffer from dust particles and pollen. Once I placed the Alpine Purifier in my room, I no longer had difficulty breathing and slept peacefully through the night. I would highly recommend this purifier to anyone, especially from those suffering from severe allergies.

Hi – I have been very impressed by your knowledge of your products, and the quality. It’s been a reminder that you get what you pay for, there’s no free lunch, etc. etc. Before I bought the Stihl I had been at Home Depot and bought a trimmer and edger attachment. Dear Mr. Petersen, You may recall that you sold me a Model XL-15 Living Air cleaner last spring when I came in to inquire about an air filter or de-humidifier for my brother’s home near the Jersey shore. I told you about the extremely foul musty smell in his house, and even the same unpleasant odor in his clothes. I also mentioned the difficulty he was having with his health, inclduing some serious difficulty breathing, causing a few emergency trips to the hospital. I had not intention of purchasing the XL-15 unit initially, because a neighbor had told me how successful his daughter had been in solving a similar prolblem with a de-humidifier. But you were so sure that htis unit would be a “God-send” that I decided to purchase it. But I never thought hat it would work out like it has. Within a few months, the miserable odor in that house was gone. We were astonished that even the odor in his clothes had disappeared. We placed the unit on a special shelf high in his living room and have left it on 24 hours per days, except in the summer when the windows are open. Even the odor in the basement, which was the most offensive and oppressive of all, has gone. But most important of all, his health has improved considerably, especially his breathing. For a long time, he was seriously thinking his life was ending because of these problems. Now he decided to modernize the place with new vinly windows throughout the house.
