Dear Keith, Thanks so much for introducing us to the XL 15 air purifier, as it has changed our lives dramatically. Dear Keith, We purchasedd the “Living Air” –filter, the large capacity one about 3 mos ago. We must tell you, we definitely notice a significant difference in the house. No bad odors; quality of the air seems to be much different. My daughters allergies have improved.

Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.

I have been trying to locate that Stihl sythetic oil for 3 years. I wish that I had purchased my 4 mix weed wacker from you instead of the outfit I did. They didn’t even know that Stihl offered a synthetic oil or that the 4 mix motor should use it. Dear Keith, We have had our Alpine Living Air Machines for quite a while now, and there have consequently been a number of positive things we have consistently noticed. Firstly, they have solved the mildew problems in our basement. Newly washed laundry left in the washing machine for only two hours used to have a strong mildew smell. We put a little Bora in the basement, and that was the end of the mildew odor. Also, some time ago when I did extensive redecorating, the odor of pain and polyurethane was banished very quickly. We ran the XL-15 constantly as usual, and anyone entering the house noticed almost no paint odors. Just recently, after we vacuumed and started up one of our air conditioners for the first time this season, I immediately began to cough and choke. We brought the Apline machine near and focused it on the air conditioner as it ran. This is a step we routinely take every spring with all the air conditioners, and which we mistakenly thought we could omit this time). My coughing stopped almost immediately. Living in Staten Island, we have a lot of pollution to contend with—–smells from the dump, stench and noxious fumes from the New Jersey refineries, etc. This has been not only annoying, but also worrisome. However, the Alpine takes away the odors and gives us the assuarance that at least the air in our home is pure and safe to breathe. We plan to take the Bora with us on vacation and put it in the beach house we’re renting. That’ll take care of any mold, mildew etc., often found in these places. In short, we are happy to let you know that we are very glad of these machines and wouldn’t think of doing without them.

Dear Keith It was a pleasure doing business with you. The HONDA ES6500 generator I purchased was everything you said it was, and more! The licensed experienced electrician that installed the subpanel and the home hook up was amazed with the generator’s efficiency. He was also very impressed on how quiet the generator ran. After his installation, we conducted a test. While the ES 6500 was running, my home furnace was turned on, as well as a light in every room, home computer, TV, refrigerator, and some electrical appliances. The ES6500 did not strain at all, the generator’s imonitor panel did not register any problems, nor did the engine’s noise increase significantly. The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.

Dear Mr. Petersen: Thank you so much for suggesting and demonstrating the “Sebo” vacuum. It has so many terrific features, I don’t know where to begin. It is light weight and glides over surfaces – slightly lower and narrower than the average vacuum so that one does not have to move furniture in order to clean underneath a narrow area. The attachments are very handy as everything is at your finger tips attached to the vacuum. I am now able to clean everything from lamp shades, under the bed, stairs and drapes in much less time than with any other vacuum I have ever owned. Thanks to the “Sebo” I no longer plan on the big Spring and Fall cleaning as our home is clean all year round with little effort. Thank you again for bringing the “Sebo” into my life; it has taken the word chore out of vacuuming and house cleaning in general.

After your sales pitch on the steamer, I decided to buy it and am I ever glad that I did. This machine is wonderful. It certainly goes beyond clean. After watching the DVD that came with it, I have cleaned a multitude of things in my home. We just completed changing our screened in porch to a sunroom. Dear Mr. Petersen: When was the last time you bought a product and was so impressed with its performance that you actually wrote a letter of thanks? Back in September 1992 my husband and I bought such a product from The Eardly T. Petersen Co.
The Princess Vacuum Cleaner was recommended to us by a friend in the carpet cleaning business. Like most people we were skeptical. When the machine was demonstrated for us at the store we were impressed, but still, only mildly enthusiastic. However, when we got home and used it on our own carpeting we were so excited that we literally called the store to say “thank you.” What is so unique about this machine is that whatever is vacuumed up is contained in the canister. There is no exhaust spewing out mold and dust back through the air. Using this vacuum cleaner all but eliminated our cat’s winter allergies to mold and mildew. We were so amazed by this that we called our veterinarian to tell him we would no longer need to spend money on allergy shots. This did not please him. If you have a hot-air heating system, you know how it is to wake up with a dry and stuffy nose. We can honestly say that after using the Princess Vacuum Cleaner for a few week, this too was virtually eliminated. Before purchasing this incredible vacuum cleaner, we had our doubts. However, we can say without any hesitation that this is truly a product that lives up to its name and reputation. Another plus is that it is made in America.

Dear Keith: Thanks for recommending the Flair air filtration system. As you know, I purchased two units for my daughter and her family and three for our house in Mountainside. All of us notice the improvement in air quality. I am particularly appreciative of the performance of the unites since my daughter has cat for pets.
