Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. Dear Mr. Petersen: Thank you so much for suggesting and demonstrating the “Sebo” vacuum. It has so many terrific features, I don’t know where to begin. It is light weight and glides over surfaces – slightly lower and narrower than the average vacuum so that one does not have to move furniture in order to clean underneath a narrow area. The attachments are very handy as everything is at your finger tips attached to the vacuum. I am now able to clean everything from lamp shades, under the bed, stairs and drapes in much less time than with any other vacuum I have ever owned. Thanks to the “Sebo” I no longer plan on the big Spring and Fall cleaning as our home is clean all year round with little effort. Thank you again for bringing the “Sebo” into my life; it has taken the word chore out of vacuuming and house cleaning in general.

You have asked for comments about the job you have done with the repair of my snowblower, and I just wanted to express my enthusiasm for the obvious quality that governs your efforts. My machine now looks like new and when the snows come, I am sure it will act as if it is. The fact that you go so far as to fill it with gas and attach appropriate instructions is another touch that does not go unnoticed. Praise too for both the young man who delivered it and the truck it came in. The former could not have been nicer, and the latter looked terrific! Dear Keith, I suffer tremendously from allergies and the Alpine purifier has really been a great help. Why? Because I was not able to sleep at night due to the fact that I was always congested. Generally I suffer from dust particles and pollen. Once I placed the Alpine Purifier in my room, I no longer had difficulty breathing and slept peacefully through the night. I would highly recommend this purifier to anyone, especially from those suffering from severe allergies.

Dear Keith, Thanks so much for introducing us to the XL 15 air purifier, as it has changed our lives dramatically. About 2 years ago when we first purchased this wonder-machine, we had a lot of painting going on in our kitchen.
