Hi – I have been very impressed by your knowledge of your products, and the quality. Dear Keith It was a pleasure doing business with you. The HONDA ES6500 generator I purchased was everything you said it was, and more! The licensed experienced electrician that installed the subpanel and the home hook up was amazed with the generator’s efficiency. He was also very impressed on how quiet the generator ran. After his installation, we conducted a test. While the ES 6500 was running, my home furnace was turned on, as well as a light in every room, home computer, TV, refrigerator, and some electrical appliances. The ES6500 did not strain at all, the generator’s imonitor panel did not register any problems, nor did the engine’s noise increase significantly. Dear Keith: Thanks for recommending the Flair air filtration system. As you know, I purchased two units for my daughter and her family and three for our house in Mountainside. All of us notice the improvement in air quality. I am particularly appreciative of the performance of the unites since my daughter has cat for pets. I am extremely allergic to cats and was never able to stay more than a few hours at her house. A few weeks ago, we visited her for the entire day and I noticed no ill effects from my allergy. You have asked for comments about the job you have done with the repair of my snowblower, and I just wanted to express my enthusiasm for the obvious quality that governs your efforts. My machine now looks like new and when the snows come, I am sure it will act as if it is. The fact that you go so far as to fill it with gas and attach appropriate instructions is another touch that does not go unnoticed. Praise too for both the young man who delivered it and the truck it came in. The former could not have been nicer, and the latter looked terrific! I have been trying to locate that Stihl sythetic oil for 3 years. I wish that I had purchased my 4 mix weed wacker from you instead of the outfit I did. They didn’t even know that Stihl offered a synthetic oil or that the 4 mix motor should use it. About 2 years ago when we first purchased this wonder-machine, we had a lot of painting going on in our kitchen. Every day we were forced to endure an “itchy” and instable environmental – I remember being able to feel the air particles go up my nose. Dear Keith, I suffer tremendously from allergies and the Alpine purifier has really been a great help. Why? Because I was not able to sleep at night due to the fact that I was always congested. Generally I suffer from dust particles and pollen. Once I placed the Alpine Purifier in my room, I no longer had difficulty breathing and slept peacefully through the night. The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.

Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.
