Dear Mr. Petersen, Thank you for introducing us to the Alpine Living Air Machine. We are all breathing easier. The air we are now breathing smells a lot cleaner too. We have a small Dachshund that we purchased while living abroad, which seemed to need a weekly bath to eliminate that “doggy” smell. Since we have been using the Alpine Living Air Machine we have noticed that 1) the dog doesn’t seem to smell anymore and 2) the house doesn’t smell “doggy”. A friend from Massachusetts visited us for a week last month. Past visits were full of complaints about allergies and breathing discomforts. Happily this visit we had none of those complaints. What we heard instead was how well she had slept and how easily she was breathing (hooray!). She had recently spent a LARGE sum of money making her home a more allergy free environment. Although she told us that her Asthmatic condition had improved with her additions, she also told us that her expensive improvements didn’t make her feel as good as our little air purifier had! During our year and a half in Europe, I honestly do not remember not feeling “stuffy”. It felt like I had a perpetual cold. Can I attribute feeling better to the Alpine Living Air Machine? Maybe, maybe not…all I know for a fact is that I am back to normal and breathing well again since we have had our little air purifier! Although no one in my family has asthma, or any known allergies we are all breathing better, feeling better (and smelling better :), woof…). Thanks again.

It was a pleasure meeting you and purchasing my snow blower your company. You guys remind me of the days when people actually knew about the products they were selling. I have been trying to locate that Stihl sythetic oil for 3 years. I wish that I had purchased my 4 mix weed wacker from you instead of the outfit I did. They didn’t even know that Stihl offered a synthetic oil or that the 4 mix motor should use it. Dear Mr. Petersen, I have been wanting to write this letter for some time now, but it seemed I was either raising kids, working or didn’t have access to a PC in order to find out who it was that made Filter Queen an integral part of my life growing up. It all began in Texas, it was either ’66 or ’67…I came home from a friends house and noticed that our living room was full. I have seven brothers and sisters (most of them were present), my mom and a really nice man were working with what I soon learned was a new type of vacuum. This was no ordinary vacuum by any means; it could do all sorts of things. The man massaged my brothers’ head with one attachment, made suds to clean furniture and such with another…well, I’m sure you know the list. My four sisters and I were already planning on drying our hair, if, mom bought it. The Filter Queen was amazing; it had several interchangeable heads for different floor surfaces. We all knew that we could not live without this vacuum. This is where my story gets interesting…the eight of us kids ranged in age from 1 to 13, my mother was (of course) a stay at home mom and my dad worked as a salesman making $10,000 a year in sales. He came home right after my mom bought the Filter Queen from the nice man. My father was livid but after one day I realized who really was the best salesman in the house and it wasn’t my dad. My mom convinced Dad that with all the kids she had and all the things she had to do, she needed that vauum; and he agreed. My father loves my mother very much, 54 years together as of this March. My dad loved that vacuum…he taught us all how to really do a good job vacuuming by using the Filter Queen. Over the years we moved several times and the Filter Queen was always the first item to enter the house and the last item to leave. We eventually moved to Arizona and lived pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Dust was always getting in the house and there was no way to prevent it. As we grew up our houses got bigger and bigger with several types of floor covering and the Filter Queen was always ready for the job. Every time one of my brothers or sisters moved out they always borrowed the Filter Queen, once again it being the first thing in and last thing out. My older sister and her husband installed tile throughout their entire house (by themselves) what a mess it was, they had to keep the Filter Queen at their house for almost two weeks but it did the job with no complaints.

Hi – I have been very impressed by your knowledge of your products, and the quality. The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.

Dear Keith It was a pleasure doing business with you. The HONDA ES6500 generator I purchased was everything you said it was, and more! The licensed experienced electrician that installed the subpanel and the home hook up was amazed with the generator’s efficiency. He was also very impressed on how quiet the generator ran. After his installation, we conducted a test. While the ES 6500 was running, my home furnace was turned on, as well as a light in every room, home computer, TV, refrigerator, and some electrical appliances. The ES6500 did not strain at all, the generator’s imonitor panel did not register any problems, nor did the engine’s noise increase significantly. Dear Keith, Thanks so much for introducing us to the XL 15 air purifier, as it has changed our lives dramatically. About 2 years ago when we first purchased this wonder-machine, we had a lot of painting going on in our kitchen. Every day we were forced to endure an “itchy” and instable environmental – I remember being able to feel the air particles go up my nose. Dear Mr. Petersen, You may recall that you sold me a Model XL-15 Living Air cleaner last spring when I came in to inquire about an air filter or de-humidifier for my brother’s home near the Jersey shore. I told you about the extremely foul musty smell in his house, and even the same unpleasant odor in his clothes. I also mentioned the difficulty he was having with his health, inclduing some serious difficulty breathing, causing a few emergency trips to the hospital. I had not intention of purchasing the XL-15 unit initially, because a neighbor had told me how successful his daughter had been in solving a similar prolblem with a de-humidifier. But you were so sure that htis unit would be a “God-send” that I decided to purchase it. But I never thought hat it would work out like it has. Within a few months, the miserable odor in that house was gone. We were astonished that even the odor in his clothes had disappeared. We placed the unit on a special shelf high in his living room and have left it on 24 hours per days, except in the summer when the windows are open. Even the odor in the basement, which was the most offensive and oppressive of all, has gone. But most important of all, his health has improved considerably, especially his breathing. For a long time, he was seriously thinking his life was ending because of these problems. Now he decided to modernize the place with new vinly windows throughout the house.

Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.
