Dear Mr. Petersen: When was the last time you bought a product and was so impressed with its performance that you actually wrote a letter of thanks? Back in September 1992 my husband and I bought such a product from The Eardly T. Petersen Co.
The Princess Vacuum Cleaner was recommended to us by a friend in the carpet cleaning business. Like most people we were skeptical. When the machine was demonstrated for us at the store we were impressed, but still, only mildly enthusiastic. However, when we got home and used it on our own carpeting we were so excited that we literally called the store to say “thank you.” What is so unique about this machine is that whatever is vacuumed up is contained in the canister. There is no exhaust spewing out mold and dust back through the air. Using this vacuum cleaner all but eliminated our cat’s winter allergies to mold and mildew. We were so amazed by this that we called our veterinarian to tell him we would no longer need to spend money on allergy shots. This did not please him. If you have a hot-air heating system, you know how it is to wake up with a dry and stuffy nose. We can honestly say that after using the Princess Vacuum Cleaner for a few week, this too was virtually eliminated. Before purchasing this incredible vacuum cleaner, we had our doubts. However, we can say without any hesitation that this is truly a product that lives up to its name and reputation. Another plus is that it is made in America.

As customer service is our highest priority, we have a fleet of forty loaner cars we make available to our customers as their cars are brought in for services. Unfortunately, these loaner cars eventualy retain smoke odors inside from our smoking customers. Then, our non-smoking customers become offended when they’re offered these loaners with stale cigar and cigarette smoke smells. Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.

Dear Mr. Petersen, Thank you for introducing us to the Alpine Living Air Machine. We are all breathing easier. The air we are now breathing smells a lot cleaner too. We have a small Dachshund that we purchased while living abroad, which seemed to need a weekly bath to eliminate that “doggy” smell. Since we have been using the Alpine Living Air Machine we have noticed that 1) the dog doesn’t seem to smell anymore and 2) the house doesn’t smell “doggy”. A friend from Massachusetts visited us for a week last month. Past visits were full of complaints about allergies and breathing discomforts. Happily this visit we had none of those complaints. What we heard instead was how well she had slept and how easily she was breathing (hooray!). She had recently spent a LARGE sum of money making her home a more allergy free environment. Although she told us that her Asthmatic condition had improved with her additions, she also told us that her expensive improvements didn’t make her feel as good as our little air purifier had! During our year and a half in Europe, I honestly do not remember not feeling “stuffy”. It felt like I had a perpetual cold. Can I attribute feeling better to the Alpine Living Air Machine? Maybe, maybe not…all I know for a fact is that I am back to normal and breathing well again since we have had our little air purifier! Although no one in my family has asthma, or any known allergies we are all breathing better, feeling better (and smelling better :), woof…). Thanks again.

I will be ordering an additional 12 vacuums over the next 6 months, four vacuums have already been ordered.
