The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.

It was a pleasure meeting you and purchasing my snow blower your company. You guys remind me of the days when people actually knew about the products they were selling. I have been trying to locate that Stihl sythetic oil for 3 years. I wish that I had purchased my 4 mix weed wacker from you instead of the outfit I did. They didn’t even know that Stihl offered a synthetic oil or that the 4 mix motor should use it. Dear Keith: Just a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with the Alpine XL15 air purifier that we purchased from you. As you know, Ray Catena is one of the premier Mercedes-Benz automobile dealers in this country. As customer service is our highest priority, we have a fleet of forty loaner cars we make available to our customers as their cars are brought in for services. Unfortunately, these loaner cars eventualy retain smoke odors inside from our smoking customers. Then, our non-smoking customers become offended when they’re offered these loaners with stale cigar and cigarette smoke smells. We have never been able to effectively deal with these smoke odors until we acquired the XL15 air purifier! We can now run the XL15 inside of a car that has been smoked in, and these odors are completely eliminated. No more unhappy customers! As well, we will place the XL15 into an office that is being renovated–something we are doing regularly–and immediately we are making fresh air and combating smells. Instead of suffering for days or weeks with the odors from the new carpet, paint, and wallpaper, we do not smell them at all after a short run of the purifier. This has been a great, yet simple, answer to our indoor air problems. We can freely recommend the Alpine to anyone who wishes to combat smoke, odors, and so on; as well as for anyone who enjoys the smell of fresh, clean air.

Dear Keith, I suffer tremendously from allergies and the Alpine purifier has really been a great help. Why? Because I was not able to sleep at night due to the fact that I was always congested. Generally I suffer from dust particles and pollen. Once I placed the Alpine Purifier in my room, I no longer had difficulty breathing and slept peacefully through the night. I would highly recommend this purifier to anyone, especially from those suffering from severe allergies.

You have asked for comments about the job you have done with the repair of my snowblower, and I just wanted to express my enthusiasm for the obvious quality that governs your efforts. My machine now looks like new and when the snows come, I am sure it will act as if it is. The fact that you go so far as to fill it with gas and attach appropriate instructions is another touch that does not go unnoticed. Praise too for both the young man who delivered it and the truck it came in. The former could not have been nicer, and the latter looked terrific!
