My machine now looks like new and when the snows come, I am sure it will act as if it is. The fact that you go so far as to fill it with gas and attach appropriate instructions is another touch that does not go unnoticed. Praise too for both the young man who delivered it and the truck it came in. The former could not have been nicer, and the latter looked terrific! The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.
