Dear Mr. Petersen: When was the last time you bought a product and was so impressed with its performance that you actually wrote a letter of thanks? Back in September 1992 my husband and I bought such a product from The Eardly T. Petersen Co.
The Princess Vacuum Cleaner was recommended to us by a friend in the carpet cleaning business. Like most people we were skeptical. When the machine was demonstrated for us at the store we were impressed, but still, only mildly enthusiastic. However, when we got home and used it on our own carpeting we were so excited that we literally called the store to say “thank you.” What is so unique about this machine is that whatever is vacuumed up is contained in the canister. There is no exhaust spewing out mold and dust back through the air. Using this vacuum cleaner all but eliminated our cat’s winter allergies to mold and mildew. We were so amazed by this that we called our veterinarian to tell him we would no longer need to spend money on allergy shots. This did not please him. If you have a hot-air heating system, you know how it is to wake up with a dry and stuffy nose. We can honestly say that after using the Princess Vacuum Cleaner for a few week, this too was virtually eliminated. Before purchasing this incredible vacuum cleaner, we had our doubts. However, we can say without any hesitation that this is truly a product that lives up to its name and reputation. Another plus is that it is made in America.

Dear Mr. Petersen, You may recall that you sold me a Model XL-15 Living Air cleaner last spring when I came in to inquire about an air filter or de-humidifier for my brother’s home near the Jersey shore. I told you about the extremely foul musty smell in his house, and even the same unpleasant odor in his clothes. I also mentioned the difficulty he was having with his health, inclduing some serious difficulty breathing, causing a few emergency trips to the hospital. I had not intention of purchasing the XL-15 unit initially, because a neighbor had told me how successful his daughter had been in solving a similar prolblem with a de-humidifier. But you were so sure that htis unit would be a “God-send” that I decided to purchase it. But I never thought hat it would work out like it has. Within a few months, the miserable odor in that house was gone. We were astonished that even the odor in his clothes had disappeared. We placed the unit on a special shelf high in his living room and have left it on 24 hours per days, except in the summer when the windows are open. Even the odor in the basement, which was the most offensive and oppressive of all, has gone. But most important of all, his health has improved considerably, especially his breathing. For a long time, he was seriously thinking his life was ending because of these problems. Now he decided to modernize the place with new vinly windows throughout the house.

Dear Keith: Just a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with the Alpine XL15 air purifier that we purchased from you. As you know, Ray Catena is one of the premier Mercedes-Benz automobile dealers in this country. As customer service is our highest priority, we have a fleet of forty loaner cars we make available to our customers as their cars are brought in for services. Unfortunately, these loaner cars eventualy retain smoke odors inside from our smoking customers. Then, our non-smoking customers become offended when they’re offered these loaners with stale cigar and cigarette smoke smells. We have never been able to effectively deal with these smoke odors until we acquired the XL15 air purifier! We can now run the XL15 inside of a car that has been smoked in, and these odors are completely eliminated. No more unhappy customers! As well, we will place the XL15 into an office that is being renovated–something we are doing regularly–and immediately we are making fresh air and combating smells. Instead of suffering for days or weeks with the odors from the new carpet, paint, and wallpaper, we do not smell them at all after a short run of the purifier. This has been a great, yet simple, answer to our indoor air problems. We can freely recommend the Alpine to anyone who wishes to combat smoke, odors, and so on; as well as for anyone who enjoys the smell of fresh, clean air.

The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.

I’m very pleased with my Alpine air purifier unit as it is especially compact being 5 1/2″ x 7 1/2 ” x 2 1/4″ and easily portable within home and abroad.
