Dear Keith, I suffer tremendously from allergies and the Alpine purifier has really been a great help. Why? Because I was not able to sleep at night due to the fact that I was always congested. Generally I suffer from dust particles and pollen. Once I placed the Alpine Purifier in my room, I no longer had difficulty breathing and slept peacefully through the night. I would highly recommend this purifier to anyone, especially from those suffering from severe allergies.

You have asked for comments about the job you have done with the repair of my snowblower, and I just wanted to express my enthusiasm for the obvious quality that governs your efforts. My machine now looks like new and when the snows come, I am sure it will act as if it is. The fact that you go so far as to fill it with gas and attach appropriate instructions is another touch that does not go unnoticed. Praise too for both the young man who delivered it and the truck it came in. The former could not have been nicer, and the latter looked terrific! The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.

Dear Keith, Thanks so much for introducing us to the XL 15 air purifier, as it has changed our lives dramatically. Dear Mr. Petersen, Thank you for introducing us to the Alpine Living Air Machine. We are all breathing easier. The air we are now breathing smells a lot cleaner too. We have a small Dachshund that we purchased while living abroad, which seemed to need a weekly bath to eliminate that “doggy” smell. Since we have been using the Alpine Living Air Machine we have noticed that 1) the dog doesn’t seem to smell anymore and 2) the house doesn’t smell “doggy”. A friend from Massachusetts visited us for a week last month. Past visits were full of complaints about allergies and breathing discomforts. Happily this visit we had none of those complaints. What we heard instead was how well she had slept and how easily she was breathing (hooray!). She had recently spent a LARGE sum of money making her home a more allergy free environment. Although she told us that her Asthmatic condition had improved with her additions, she also told us that her expensive improvements didn’t make her feel as good as our little air purifier had! During our year and a half in Europe, I honestly do not remember not feeling “stuffy”. It felt like I had a perpetual cold. Can I attribute feeling better to the Alpine Living Air Machine? Maybe, maybe not…all I know for a fact is that I am back to normal and breathing well again since we have had our little air purifier! Although no one in my family has asthma, or any known allergies we are all breathing better, feeling better (and smelling better :), woof…). Thanks again.

Dear Mr. Petersen: When was the last time you bought a product and was so impressed with its performance that you actually wrote a letter of thanks? Back in September 1992 my husband and I bought such a product from The Eardly T. Petersen Co.
The Princess Vacuum Cleaner was recommended to us by a friend in the carpet cleaning business. Like most people we were skeptical. When the machine was demonstrated for us at the store we were impressed, but still, only mildly enthusiastic. However, when we got home and used it on our own carpeting we were so excited that we literally called the store to say “thank you.” What is so unique about this machine is that whatever is vacuumed up is contained in the canister. There is no exhaust spewing out mold and dust back through the air. Using this vacuum cleaner all but eliminated our cat’s winter allergies to mold and mildew. We were so amazed by this that we called our veterinarian to tell him we would no longer need to spend money on allergy shots. This did not please him. If you have a hot-air heating system, you know how it is to wake up with a dry and stuffy nose. We can honestly say that after using the Princess Vacuum Cleaner for a few week, this too was virtually eliminated. Before purchasing this incredible vacuum cleaner, we had our doubts. However, we can say without any hesitation that this is truly a product that lives up to its name and reputation. Another plus is that it is made in America.

I have been trying to locate that Stihl sythetic oil for 3 years. I wish that I had purchased my 4 mix weed wacker from you instead of the outfit I did. You have my permission to use my recommendation for this product. When I called looking for a floor scrubber to clean my nearly 2000 square feet of floor tile, I never expected to end up with an entirely different product. After your sales pitch on the steamer, I decided to buy it and am I ever glad that I did. This machine is wonderful. It certainly goes beyond clean. After watching the DVD that came with it, I have cleaned a multitude of things in my home. We just completed changing our screened in porch to a sunroom. I cleaned the existing cedar boards with the Lady Bug. It was amazing what came off the six year old boards. I am very happy with the Lady Bug and I appreciate your expertise of the product.
