You have asked for comments about the job you have done with the repair of my snowblower, and I just wanted to express my enthusiasm for the obvious quality that governs your efforts. My machine now looks like new and when the snows come, I am sure it will act as if it is. The fact that you go so far as to fill it with gas and attach appropriate instructions is another touch that does not go unnoticed. Praise too for both the young man who delivered it and the truck it came in. The former could not have been nicer, and the latter looked terrific! In these days when so many businesses are trying to cut corners in any way they can, it is reassuring to know that your Company puts competency and satisfaction first.

Dear Mr. Petersen, Thank you for introducing us to the Alpine Living Air Machine. We are all breathing easier. The air we are now breathing smells a lot cleaner too. We have a small Dachshund that we purchased while living abroad, which seemed to need a weekly bath to eliminate that “doggy” smell. Since we have been using the Alpine Living Air Machine we have noticed that 1) the dog doesn’t seem to smell anymore and 2) the house doesn’t smell “doggy”. A friend from Massachusetts visited us for a week last month. Past visits were full of complaints about allergies and breathing discomforts. Happily this visit we had none of those complaints. What we heard instead was how well she had slept and how easily she was breathing (hooray!). She had recently spent a LARGE sum of money making her home a more allergy free environment. Although she told us that her Asthmatic condition had improved with her additions, she also told us that her expensive improvements didn’t make her feel as good as our little air purifier had! During our year and a half in Europe, I honestly do not remember not feeling “stuffy”. It felt like I had a perpetual cold. Can I attribute feeling better to the Alpine Living Air Machine? Maybe, maybe not…all I know for a fact is that I am back to normal and breathing well again since we have had our little air purifier! Although no one in my family has asthma, or any known allergies we are all breathing better, feeling better (and smelling better :), woof…). Thanks again.

The Eardly Peterson Co. On Feb 3, 2011 I had two airo swiss humidifiers model AOS 7142. They both stopped misting. Your tech support inspected 1 unit and suggested to send them back to manufacture. Just to update you on the great service they did provide. We mailed out both units on Feb 4 and they were not repairable. So they send us 2 new units at no charge, just a 60.00 fee for 1 year warranty on each new unit, since the original units were almost 4 years old. Airo-Swiss stood behind their product without any hassles. Great service. We also thank you for your time inspecting the units and the pleasure of doing business with you.

Dear Keith: Thanks for recommending the Flair air filtration system. As you know, I purchased two units for my daughter and her family and three for our house in Mountainside. All of us notice the improvement in air quality. I am particularly appreciative of the performance of the unites since my daughter has cat for pets. You have my permission to use my recommendation for this product. When I called looking for a floor scrubber to clean my nearly 2000 square feet of floor tile, I never expected to end up with an entirely different product. After your sales pitch on the steamer, I decided to buy it and am I ever glad that I did. This machine is wonderful. It certainly goes beyond clean. After watching the DVD that came with it, I have cleaned a multitude of things in my home. We just completed changing our screened in porch to a sunroom. I cleaned the existing cedar boards with the Lady Bug. It was amazing what came off the six year old boards. I am very happy with the Lady Bug and I appreciate your expertise of the product.

Hi Keith- I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Honda 520a that I bought this Fall. I had about 30 inches of snow on my driveway after the recent blizzard, and wondered how this snow blower would work under such extreme conditions. The answer is great! True, I had to go much slower than usual, but it sure beat using a shovel. And even at the end of my driveway where the plows piled up snow, I still was able to use this. You were right in telling me to skip the extra money for an electric start. It took only two pulls of the starter cord to get this going, and not a lot of effort was required. When a product works even better than expected, I like to tell the dealer, since most people only comment when they have a problem. If anyone has any doubts at how well this snow blower will perform, feel free to show them this email or contact me directly.

Dear Keith: Just a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with the Alpine XL15 air purifier that we purchased from you. As you know, Ray Catena is one of the premier Mercedes-Benz automobile dealers in this country. As customer service is our highest priority, we have a fleet of forty loaner cars we make available to our customers as their cars are brought in for services. Unfortunately, these loaner cars eventualy retain smoke odors inside from our smoking customers. Then, our non-smoking customers become offended when they’re offered these loaners with stale cigar and cigarette smoke smells. We have never been able to effectively deal with these smoke odors until we acquired the XL15 air purifier! We can now run the XL15 inside of a car that has been smoked in, and these odors are completely eliminated. No more unhappy customers! As well, we will place the XL15 into an office that is being renovated–something we are doing regularly–and immediately we are making fresh air and combating smells. Instead of suffering for days or weeks with the odors from the new carpet, paint, and wallpaper, we do not smell them at all after a short run of the purifier. This has been a great, yet simple, answer to our indoor air problems. We can freely recommend the Alpine to anyone who wishes to combat smoke, odors, and so on; as well as for anyone who enjoys the smell of fresh, clean air.

Hi – I have been very impressed by your knowledge of your products, and the quality. It’s been a reminder that you get what you pay for, there’s no free lunch, etc. etc. Before I bought the Stihl I had been at Home Depot and bought a trimmer and edger attachment. Dear Mr. Petersen, I wish to thank you for recommending the Alpine Living Air Machine (Model XL-155) which I purchased from you last year. After setting up the machine and letting it run for several days, I noticed that my respiratory allergies (stuffy nose) were completely gone!!! Since then, it has been running for 24 hours a day and my breathing has become much easier. The air in my room smells fresh and clean, just like unpolluted outdoor air after a rain shower.
